Good
Comfortable beds and good location.
Front desk staff could be a bit more helpful especially to foreigners who don't know the area. They couldn't assist in booking us a taxi and told us to stand on the road and wave one down. Or direct us to the nearest laundromat. Restaurant and convenience store on level was 2 was sad looking. Shelves had barely any product on it. I would visit Jeju again but I won't be staying here again.

spacious and comfy
its convenient, clean and spacious. we got a connecting family room, much to our surprise and were enjoyed our stay.

The location was good, the room was very spacious, clean and well maintained.
We found the staff to be uptight, as there was no greeting, did not feel welcomed and underwhelming.

The location is god damn good. You can find CU, 7-11, Fried chicken, and so many local restaurants in 15 minutes walking.
There's a big croach in our room ... And before we start air condition, maybe thats why, the air full of stagnant smell. I think they should open door to let fresh air in sometimes.
